You have the ability to create your schedule.\nApply today and embark on a new career journey!\nMinimum Pay\nUSD $17.00/Hr.Maximum Pay\nUSD $19.00/Hr.What We Offer\nWeekly pay schedule and early wage access - get paid when you need it\nPaid required training (online, in-store)\nPaid drive time and mileage between stores\nOut of market travel pay (drive time, mileage, per diem, hotel)\nState-mandated sick time\nState-mandated cell allowance by shift\nReferral bonus opportunities\n401(k) after 12 months of employment\nOpportunity to work with a growing company that rewards and promotes its associates\nA variety of part-time and full-time roles across the business that can lead to consistent income\nWhat You'll Do\nDeliver AMD brand and product training and promotional materials to retail store associates. \nConduct face-to-face 1:1 training and group training events, and host virtual training events when applicable.\nManage store visitation rotation and hours pool (up to 20 hours per week)\nAssemble intel and insights on AMD and top competitors\nManage your market rotation report on all training activities daily, inclusive of KPIs and metrics.\nBuild/maintain solid relationships with retail partners and provide support to build brand loyalty.\nOther duties as assigned by management\nWhat You'll Bring\nExperience and Education:\n2+ years of sales background in technology or consumer electronics \n2+ years of training experience and presenting in a retail setting preferred \nPreferred experience in “ingredient manufacturer” value prop\nPreferred experience working for/with OEM/VAR and/or NSP in a similar capacity\nSkills and Attributes:\nProven training background in consumer electronics, technology brands, or devices\nStrong presentation and training skills in a group setting\nAbility to manage a territory \nStrong communication skills \nGoal-orientated and results-driven\nRelationship builder and thrives on interaction with partners\nSelf-motivated and professional demeanor\nProficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint applications\nAbility to drive on behalf of the company in compliance with company guidelines with reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance \nAbility to travel within a designated market\nPhysical Requirements:\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
