You'll work independently in the field, using basic hand tools and following manufacturer standards to keep displays fully functional and on-brand.\nThis is a full-time position with a standard Monday-Friday schedule, beginning at 8:00 a.m. Occasional weekend work may be required, with advance notice provided.\nMinimum Pay\nUSD $21.50/Hr.Maximum Pay\nUSD $23.00/Hr.What We Offer\nCompetitive weekly pay and early wage access - get paid when you need it\nHealth and wellness benefits plans \nPaid time off and holidays \n401(k) with employer matching\nPaid training, drive time, and mileage between store locations \nEmployee discounts \nReferral bonus\nTax savings with flexible spending accounts for parking, transit, dependents, and healthcare costs\nOpportunity to work with a growing company that actively rewards and promotes its employees\nWhat You'll Do\nExecute scheduled service visits across an assigned route of retail locations, adhering to established schedules and program requirements\nConsistently complete assigned work according to established schedules and minimize unnecessary rescheduling\nDiagnose and resolve technical issues to maintain full functionality and performance of assigned displays\nExecute installations, display builds, and refreshes, including fixturing, cabling, media players, and security components\nManage and complete ad-hoc service requests within 48-72-hour SLAs, where required\nEnsure full compliance with planograms (POG), brand standards, and display requirements across all locations\nIdentify root causes of recurring issues and help implement lasting solutions\nAccurately document and report all service activity, outcomes, and insights on time\nPerform merchandising tasks including inventory replenishment, POP placement, and pricing/fact tag execution\nManage and reconcile trunk stock inventory, ensuring appropriate replacement parts are available to support efficient service delivery and first-time fix success\nBuild and maintain strong working relationships with in-store personnel\nParticipate in team calls, client interactions as required, and field ride-alongs to support program success\nComplete administrative tasks with accuracy and timeliness, including scheduling and same-day reporting\nAdapt to evolving business needs and take on additional responsibilities as assigned\nMaintain compliance with all company safety policies, required training, certifications, and professional standards\nWhat You'll Bring\nExperience and Education:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required\nExperience with display installations, merchandising, and planogram execution preferred\nComfortable using basic hand tools to maintain displays\nExperience or aptitude for diagnosing and resolving physical display issues, including lighting components, fixtures, and non-functioning buttons\nExperience or aptitude for identifying and resolving basic electronic and connectivity issues, including cabling, power, and component integration\nSkills and Attributes:\nStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to professionally interact with store personnel and internal teams\nAbility to independently manage your assigned route, prioritize your workload, and meet service SLAs\nDetail-oriented and organized, with a commitment to delivering quality work and good customer service\nSolid problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying and addressing root causes\nComfortable performing troubleshooting, installation, and repair tasks across hardware, displays, and connected systems (full training provided)\nMust commit to completing the market area's minimum weekly hours or special project hours request\nAble to read POG schematics and wiring diagrams and correctly connect components\nProficient using your personal smartphone/tablet with GPS functionality to upload photos, report assignment data, reference documents while in-store, and schedule visits\nAbility to drive on behalf of the company in compliance with company guidelines, with access to reliable transportation\nMust have a basic toolkit that includes a multi-screwdriver, torx security bit set, hammer, cordless drill, allen wrench, box cutter, rubber mallet, socket set, needle-nose pliers, precision wire cutters, crescent wrench, easy off, putty knife, microfiber cleaning cloth, and Goo Gone\nAvailability and Logistics\nTravel up to 120 miles with paid drive time and mileage per company policy\nWillingness and ability to travel for 2-3 days to participate in in-person training\nAvailable to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday (starting at 8 am), with occasional weekend work, if requested, with advance notice\nAny hours exceeding 40 in a workweek will be communicated in advance by leadership, to the extent possible.
