You will be part of our nationwide Talent Acquisition (TA) Team that recruits throughout all time zones as well as on multiple client programs. You will source for candidates using external job boards and networking sites and will be held to designated goals and metrics. Overtime hours may be required during peak hiring programs during the year.\nFor more information, please call our hotline at 813-712-2511 or text us at 844-786-0603.\nMinimum Pay\nUSD $18.00/Hr.Maximum Pay\nUSD $20.00/Hr.What We Offer\nEarly wage access - get paid when you need it!\n\nMonthly recruiter incentive plan eligibility\n\nInternet allowance\n\nPaid training\n\nPaid company holidays\n\nPaid sick time\n\nEmployee discounts\n\nReferral bonus\n\nOpportunity to work with a growing company that actively rewards its employees\n\nWhat You'll Do\nActively seek and source best fit candidates to fill OPEN positions in our company.\n\nPerform passive and active sourcing to build your pipeline via our applicant tracking system (ATS) Talent Community, various job boards (ie., Indeed, LinkedIn, Military Spouse Employment Program, etc.), and other social media, job posting, networking, and local community resources.\n\nScreen and interview potential candidates via text, phone, and live video calls, and evaluate the candidate’s responses to determine viability.\n\nUtilize our ATS to accurately track and disposition candidate statuses throughout the lifecycle of their recruitment.\n\nUtilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) in our ATS to help in determining best fit candidates.\n\nUtilize AI to assist in finding and qualifying best fit candidates.\nMake verbal offers to qualified candidates and send out official Offer Letter correspondence based on position and market.\n\nProvide thorough, timely, and consistent updates to Hiring Managers, Lead Recruiter, and TA Manager.\n\nFollow and promote best practice recruitment initiatives such as ATS and candidate pipeline initiatives, employment branding campaigns, and the Employee Referral Program.\n\nGather and share information regarding market intelligence, candidate feedback, competitive patterns, and industry best practices with TA Leadership and colleagues.\n\nMaintain and complete administrative duties as designated by your manager, including but not limited to adding accurate candidate notes and interview feedback within the ATS, and reviewing, qualifying, and contacting applicants within a timely manner.\n\nMeet and/or exceed set goals and deadlines as designated by your Supervisor or Manager.\n\nAssist with special programs and promotions as needed.\n\nWhat You'll Bring\nExperience and Education:\nREQUIRED:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required \nProficient in MS Office Outlook applications \nClear and respectful verbal and written communicator \nPREFERRED:\nTalent acquisition, HR, or retail/3PL role \nExperience in using an Applicant Tracking System \nExperience in using MS Office Excel, Word \nExperience recruiting field retail or field marketing positions \nSkills and Attributes:\nExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills \nAble to interface with many different levels of management \nDetail oriented with strong follow-up skills \nStrong planning, organizational, and time management skills \nAdaptable to changes in work and structure \nDependable and consistent \nSelf-motivated and driven; able to remain productive with minimal supervision \nAble to learn new system and abide by HR governances. \nDemonstrate a willingness to accept new responsibilities and respond positively to management instructions and direction \nAbility to maintain a high level of confidentiality \nJob Specifications:\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.\nReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
