If you like turning complex, shared problems into clear plans and follow-through, we’d love to hear from you.\nThis role requires working out of the Merchandise Mart in Chicago 3 or more days per week\nMinimum Pay\nUSD $104,000.00/Yr.Maximum Pay\nUSD $114,400.00/Yr.What We Offer\nBiweekly pay \nHealth and wellness benefits plans \nFlexible vacation and holiday policies\nPaid parental leave \n401(k) with employer matching\nReferral bonus\nOpportunity to work with a growing company that actively rewards and promotes its employee\nWhat You'll Do\nProgram Ownership\nLead accessibility remediation programs across global web properties, from intake through completion\nManage third-party vendors on accessibility gaps, remediation timelines and testing\nBuild and run processes for accessibility reviews, issue tracking and remediation governance\nCoordinate accessibility and privacy changes through content, design and publishing workflows\nTrack dependencies and blockers across teams, and decide when and how to escalate risks\nPrivacy & Vendor Coordination\nCoordinate privacy, consent and cookie work with Legal, Security and Analytics, and know when to bring them in\nSupport DPA, privacy and security reviews for third-party web vendors\nKeep global standards and regional implementation in alignment\nOperational Governance\nMaintain clear documentation, trackers and workflows\nTurn compliance requirements into practical next steps for stakeholders\nHelp regional teams understand requirements and intake processes\nReplace fragmented or manual processes with standard, repeatable ones\nReport on program status, progress and risk to leadership\nWhat You'll Bring\nExperience and Education:\n4-6 years as a web program manager, webmaster, or in an equivalent web operations role, with demonstrated cross-functional ownership\nWorking familiarity with WCAG and accessibility principles, enough to recognize issues and coordinate remediation (technical audit experience not required)\nWorking familiarity with privacy and cookie compliance concepts (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, consent), enough to recognize when Legal or Security input is needed (compliance determinations not required)\nFamiliarity with enterprise, ecommerce and CMS-based websites, and with working alongside developers, designers and content teams \nSkills and Attributes:\nStrong program management, organization and follow-through across multiple stakeholders\nClear written and verbal communication and documentation, including with senior stakeholders\nWorks independently and uses sound judgment on priorities and when to escalate\nComfortable working across technical and non-technical teams\nComfortable with evolving processes and unclear ownership\nProactive, and able to adapt best practices to create structure\nPhysical Requirements:\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
