In this role, you will leverage data to inform critical decisions about our workforce, improve employee experience, and drive organizational effectiveness.\nYou will operate as both a data expert and a strategic partner-working cross-functionally with People, Finance, and business leaders to translate complex data into actionable insights. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to directly influence how organizations scale and perform.\nResponsibilities\nBuild and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models that provide visibility into key people metrics (headcount, attrition, engagement, performance, DEI)\nEnsure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across HR systems\nDevelop scalable data pipelines and reporting frameworks\nAnalyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities\nPartner with leadership to inform decisions on hiring, retention, and organizational design\nTranslate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses and clear recommendations\nEvaluate the effectiveness of people programs (performance reviews, engagement initiatives, learning & development)\nCollaborate with HRIS and engineering teams to improve data architecture and accessibility\nAutomate manual reporting processes\nEstablish best practices for data governance and documentation\nBasic Qualifications\n3-6 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or people analytics\nStrong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets\nExperience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI)\nProficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for modeling and analysis\nAbility to communicate complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in People Analytics, HR, or organizational data\nFamiliarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever)\nExperience with Python or R for advanced analytics\nUnderstanding of statistics, experimentation, and forecasting methods\nExperience in high-growth or operationally intensive environments\n\nWhy CHAOS?\nHealth Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision benefits 100% paid for by the company\n Additional benefits: 401k (+ 50% company match up to 6% of pay), FSA, HSA, life insurance, and more\nOur Perks: Free daily lunch, ‘No meeting Fridays’, unlimited PTO, casual dress code\n Compensation Components: Competitive base salaries, generous pre-IPO stock option grants, relocation assistance, and (coming soon!) annual bonuses\nTeam Growth: 250 employees and counting across 5 global offices\n Salary Range: $88,000 - $121,000\nThe stated compensation range reflects only the targeted base compensation range and excludes additional earnings such as bonus, equity, and benefits.
