For more information, please visit www.chaosinc.com.\nRole Overview:\nThis is the first role in the door for a brand-new PMO within Security Business Operations, and the Staff Security Project Manager will put their stamp on process creation at CHAOS. The role owns security projects across all CHAOS locations and reports to the Director of Security Business Operations. We are looking for top talent who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can dive in, and takes charge.\nResponsibilities:\nOwn project schedules, plans, and budgets, including tracking status and spend.\nDevelop project charters, plans, communications, and other project documents.\nLead vendor sourcing, including producing RFPs, evaluating vendor proposals, and managing purchase and change orders.\nReview contract requirements and progress and coordinate contractors on scheduling.\nAttend new build kickoff site visits to identify challenges and opportunities for systems technology implementation.\nManage stakeholder and executive communications.\nMaintain RAID logs.\nProduce weekly status reports for stakeholders.\nFacilitate CHAOS Stakeholder meetings.\nCollaborate across teams and departments, including IT, and partner with other project managers to create a cohesive network of project management and keep projects on schedule.\nCoordinate across multiple time zones.\nTravel: up to 20%.\nMinimum Requirements:\nMust be a U.S. Person\nBachelor’s degree\nActive PMP\nTrack record owning multiple concurrent projects from initiation through closure, including project charters, schedules, plans, budgets, and project documentation\nExperience leading vendor sourcing and contracting, including RFPs, proposal evaluation, and purchase and change orders\nExperience overseeing design consultants, integrators, and contractors through construction administration, commissioning, and handover\nStrong budget and stakeholder management, including status reporting and executive communication\nExperience with document control, change management, and QA/QC governance\nProficiency in Smartsheet and Jira, and familiarity with different AI platforms\nMilitary or defense industry experience\nAbility to obtain a security clearance\nPreferred Requirements:\nExperience with enterprise security systems, including access control, video, intercom, radio, and visitor management\nExperience delivering projects across international sites and time zones\nActive security clearance\nWorks autonomously\nExtreme ownership\n\nWhy CHAOS?\nHealth Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision benefits 100% paid for by the company\n Additional benefits: 401k (+ 50% company match up to 6% of pay), FSA, HSA, life insurance, and more\nOur Perks: Free daily lunch while you're working onsite, fully-stocked kitchen, unlimited PTO, casual dress code\n Compensation Components: Competitive base salaries, generous pre-IPO stock option grants, relocation assistance, and (coming soon!) annual bonuses\nTeam Growth: 500+ employees and counting across 5 global offices\n Salary Range: $105,000 - 180,000\nThe stated compensation range reflects only the targeted base compensation range and excludes additional earnings such as bonus, equity, and benefits.
