For more information, please visit chaos.com.\nRole Overview\nThe Software Developer, GUI is responsible for the design, development, and optimization of the user interface of Chaos’ real-time visualization software, Enscape.\nMain Responsibilities\nDevelop cross-platform desktop applications using C# and frameworks like WPF and Avalonia UI.\n\nMentor, support and proactively cooperate with all team members and other teams within the company.\n\nSupport product management with feasibility studies and requirement definitions.\n\nWork with the UX team on the conception of new UI modules.\n\nUse agile software development frameworks and tools.\n\nSupport or improve established processes in agreement with all participants.\n\nParticipate in internal and external events.\n\nRequirements\nRequired Experience\nExperience in software development with C#, .NET Framework, or .NET Core.\n\nExperience with WPF and/or Avalonia UI.\n\nProficient in English.\n\nUnderstanding design patterns, OOP, data structures and algorithms is a plus.\n\nFamiliar with cross-process communication is a plus.\n\nExperience with native interoperability is a plus.\n\nKnowledge of unit test frameworks is a plus.\n\nBS degree in Computer Science or Engineering is a plus.\n\nFamiliar with CG tools like Revit, SketchUp, Rhinoceros, Archicad and Vectorworks is a plus.\n\nKnowledge of data structures related to 3D graphics such as vectors, matrices and transformations is a plus.\n\nRequired Skills\nExcellent collaboration and communication skills, combined with genuine passion and dedication for solving complex problems together as a team.\n\nWe welcome people who value teamwork, stick to their commitments and are curious to explore new ways for achieving mastery.
