/ SIMD）、内存层级（HBM3E / L2 Cache）、高速互联（CXL / UCIe / 自研NoC）、功耗控制策略等。\n对关键模块（如矩阵乘法单元、稀疏计算引擎、量化支持、通信子系统）进行技术评估与方案选型，平衡性能、面积、功耗与实现难度。\n识别并解决训练/推理场景下的系统瓶颈（如显存带宽、通信延迟、算子融合效率），推动软硬协同优化。\n与算法团队、编译器团队紧密合作，确保芯片功能满足主流框架（PyTorch/TensorFlow/JAX）及大模型训练/推理需求（如DeepSpeed, vLLM）。\n管理项目风险与资源，输出进度报告、风险矩阵、变更控制方案，向管理层定期汇报。\n任职要求：\n10年以上芯片研发经验，其中至少5年深度参与AI加速芯片（训练/推理方向）全流程开发，有成功流片或量产经验者优先。\n精通芯片开发全流程（Architecture → RTL → Synthesis → STA → DFT → Tape-out → Test），熟悉先进工艺节点（7nm/5nm/3nm）特性。\n具备扎实的数字电路基础，熟练使用Verilog/SystemVerilog、UVM、EDA工具链（VCS, DC, PT, Genus等）。\n对云端AI工作负载有深刻理解：熟悉Transformer架构、KV Cache、MoE、动态批处理、量化训练/推理等关键技术。\n具备优秀的技术判断力与架构视野，能在算力 vs 功耗 vs 成本 vs 扩展性之间做出权衡决策。\n出色的跨团队沟通能力与项目推动力，能带领工程师攻克复杂技术难题。\n英文读写流利，可阅读英文技术文档与参与国际会议。\n加分项：\n有大规模SoC或GPU/NPU类芯片流片经验。\n熟悉高速互连协议（PCIe 6.0 / CXL 3.0 / UCIe）或自研NoC架构。\n了解分布式训练框架（Megatron-LM, DeepSpeed）或推理服务框架（vLLM, TensorRT-LLM）。\n有AI编译器（TVM, MLIR）或运行时（CUDA, ROCm）对接经验。\n曾主导过团队规模
