We hope you’ll join our team\nPosition Summary \nThe Patient Relations Liaison supports the Operations Manager of Patient Relations with strategic growth, community outreach, and marketing initiatives across the organization's two regions. This includes assisting with patient engagement efforts, community events, patient retention programs, reputation management activities, and initiatives designed to increase patient satisfaction, access to care, and organizational visibility within the communities served. \nThe ideal candidate possesses strong interpersonal skills, customer service expertise, conflict resolution abilities, and a passion for enhancing both the patient experience and organizational growth. \nEssential Functions \nAssist the Operations Manager of Patient Relations with regional growth and marketing efforts. \nRepresent the organization at community outreach events, health fairs, patient engagement activities, and networking opportunities. \nSupport initiatives aimed at strengthening the organization's reputation and patient experience throughout both regions. \nAssist with gathering patient feedback and testimonials to identify opportunities for service enhancement and brand awareness. \nCollaborate with clinic operations teams to improve patient access, communication, and community engagement efforts. \nKey Responsibilities\nSupport growth initiatives by helping identify opportunities to increase patient engagement, retention, and community awareness. \nAssist with planning, coordinating, and attending community outreach events and marketing activities across both regions. \nCollaborate with regional leadership to promote services, programs, and organizational initiatives that enhance patient access and visibility. \nSupport patient communication campaigns, educational initiatives, and patient experience programs designed to strengthen patient relationships. \nHelp monitor online patient feedback, reviews, and reputation management opportunities, escalating concerns as appropriate. \nAssist with regulatory audits and documentation reviews related to patient grievances and complaints. \nParticipate in cross-functional projects focused on patient experience, growth strategies, and operational excellence. \nMaintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and organizational privacy requirements. \nRequired Qualifications \nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required. \nMinimum of two (2) years of experience in patient relations, healthcare operations, customer service, or a related healthcare role. \nKnowledge of healthcare operations, patient rights, HIPAA regulations, and healthcare compliance requirements. \nStrong problem-solving abilities. \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills. \nAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion. \nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. \nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications and healthcare information systems. \nPreferred Qualifications \nThree (3) or more years of patient relations or healthcare customer service experience. \nExperience working in a medical group, ambulatory care setting, hospital, or managed care environment. \nKnowledge of patient satisfaction metrics and patient experience improvement methodologies. \nBilingual skills preferred. \nPhysical Requirements: \nAbility to sit and/or stand for prolonged periods of time.\nAbility to move/carry objects up to 20 pounds. \nMoving from one work site to another as needed. \nAbility to communicate with others to exchange information \nAbility to use and/or type on a laptop/keyboard. \nHourly pay range\n$28—$34 USD\nChaparral Medical Group and Akido MSO are an equal opportunity employers, and we encourage qualified applicants of every background, ability, and life experience to contact us about appropriate employment opportunities.","description_format":"text","description_chars":5102,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":2,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":{"level":"high_school","optional":false},"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":[],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-18T03:41:43Z"}],"liveness":{"score":76,"band":"hot","label":"Hiring now","p_open":1,"p_active":0.84,"p_room":0.9,"age_days":6,"expected_fill_days":18,"reasons":["conf:1","win:mid","comp:junior"],"computed_at":"2026-09-24T05:45:00Z"},"pay":{"stated_usd_annual":68000,"is_top_pay":false},"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/chaparral-medical-group-patient-relations-liaison","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/chaparral-medical-group-patient-relations-liaison.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-09-24T20:13:09Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers"}}
