You will partner closely with Sales, Product, and prospective customers to understand complex business challenges and demonstrate how ArgonOS can transform fragmented data into actionable intelligence.\nThe ideal candidate is equally comfortable discussing architecture with technical teams, presenting business value to executives, and building compelling demonstrations tailored to customer environments.\nAs ArgonOS continues expanding in North America, this role offers the opportunity to help shape go-to-market strategy, customer engagement approaches, and technical positioning in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.\nWhat You Will Do\nCustomer Discovery & Technical Consultation\nPartner with Account Executives to understand customer business challenges, technical environments, and strategic priorities\n\nLead technical discovery sessions with stakeholders ranging from engineers to executive leadership\n\nTranslate complex customer requirements into tailored AI and data platform solutions\n\nSolution Demonstrations & Technical Storytelling\nDesign and deliver compelling demonstrations showcasing ArgonOS capabilities and business value\n\nBuild customized proof-of-concepts (POCs), prototypes, and technical presentations aligned with customer use cases\n\nClearly communicate complex AI, data, and platform concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences\n\nTechnical Architecture & Solution Design\nAdvise customers on deployment strategies, integrations, and architecture considerations\n\nSupport discussions involving APIs, cloud environments, enterprise systems, and data ecosystems\n\nPartner with Product and Engineering teams to provide customer feedback and influence future platform direction\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nWork closely with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to refine technical messaging and improve customer outcomes\n\nContribute to demo assets, technical documentation, and enablement materials\n\nSupport strategic opportunities and help establish ArgonOS within the North American market\n\nQualifications\n8+ years of experience in PreSales Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, or related customer-facing technical roles\n\nExperience supporting enterprise AI software, RAG platforms, analytics solutions, or data products\n\nStrong understanding of APIs, cloud environments, enterprise architectures, and integrations\n\nAbility to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and executive audiences\n\nExperience designing demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, or technical presentations for customers\n\nExperience operating in high-growth or rapidly evolving technology environments\n\nExperience supporting customers in industries such as manufacturing, government, financial services, healthcare, or regulated sectors\n\nExcellent communication and presentation skills with a consultative mindset\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\nBuild trusted relationships with customers and become a strategic technical advisor\n\nDeliver compelling demonstrations that clearly connect technology capabilities to business outcomes\n\nSupport successful proof-of-concepts and contribute to revenue growth in North America\n\nHelp establish ArgonOS as a leading enterprise AI and data platform in the region\n\nWhy Join Us\nWork at the forefront of enterprise AI and agentic technologies\n\nShape the growth of an emerging platform within the North American market\n\nPartner with global teams across Product, Engineering, and Commercial functions\n\nEngage with complex enterprise environments and high-impact transformation initiatives\n\nJoin a rapidly growing international organization helping define the future of AI-powered decision intelligence\n\nWorking Conditions\nHybrid role based in New York, NY (preferred)\n\nRemote: US\n\nTravel required to support customer meetings, strategic opportunities, demonstrations, and industry events\n\nCompensation\nThe annual compensation for this role ranges from $135,000 to $175,000 base, depending on experience.\n*We are currently unable to consider candidates who require, or will require in the future, sponsorship for work authorization.
