This role is fully remote and partners closely with Recruiters and GTM leaders to keep a healthy pipeline of candidates for priority roles.\nAbout the role\nPartner with GTM recruiters and hiring managers to understand headcount plans, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles across Corperate functions Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, RevOps, and Partnerships.\n\nOwn top-of-funnel sourcing strategy for GTM roles, using channels such as LinkedIn, Boolean search, talent communities, referrals, and niche job boards.\n\nBuild and maintain diverse pipelines of passive candidates, with a focus on quality, speed, and candidate experience.\n\nKey responsibilities\nProactively source and engage GTM and Buisness Ops talent (AEs, SDRs/BDRs, Sales Leadership, Customer Success, Marketing, and GTM Operations).\n\nConduct initial screens to assess skills, experience, compensation expectations, and motivators, before handing off to recruiters and hiring managers.\n\nMaintain organized, accurate data in the ATS/CRM and provide regular reporting on pipeline health, outreach volume, and conversion rates.\n\nCollaborate with the broader Talent team on market mapping, outreach campaigns, and employer branding initiatives.\n\nContinuously refine search strategies based on feedback, performance data, and changes in hiring priorities.\n\nRequirements\nExperience in sourcing or recruiting, with a strong focus on GTM (Sales/Marketing/CS) roles in tech, SaaS, or high-growth environments.\n\nProven success running high-volume outbound sourcing campaigns and converting passive talent into active candidates.\n\nStrong Boolean search and market-mapping skills, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms.\n\nExcellent communication skills, with a candidate-first mindset and the ability to represent the brand compellingly.\n\nHighly organized, data-driven, and comfortable working autonomously in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.\n\nDesire to grown into a full talent partner and widen scope.\n\nNice to have\nExperience supporting US-wide hiring across multiple time zones.\n\nFamiliarity with modern recruiting tools (ATS/CRM, sequencing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, email automation, etc.).\n\nPrior experience partnering closely with GTM leaders in startups or scale-ups.\n\nBenefits and Rewards designed around you:\nBecause your hard work deserves more than just recognition-it deserves celebration.
