The business is growing in Germany and is expanding its presales team to support that growth.\nThe Role:\nThis Senior Presales Consultant will play a central part in the company’s most strategic enterprise deals in Germany. Working alongside Sales, they will lead discovery, deliver demonstrations and build the business case that wins the deal. The role also mentors the wider presales team and feeds field insight back into product strategy.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead discovery workshops with senior business and IT stakeholders to uncover and quantify critical challenges\n\nDesign and deliver persona-driven demonstrations that tie the platform to clear business value and set it apart from competitors\n\nBuild data-driven business cases and ROI models with prospects that make the case for change\n\nOwn the technical and value strategy for key accounts, coordinating internal resources across each deal\n\nLead the solution for complex RFPs and competitive Proofs of Concept\n\nShow how the platform fits with and extends the prospect’s ERP landscape\n\nMentor peers and help raise the performance of the wider presales team\n\nThe Ideal Candidate:\n5+ years in enterprise SaaS presales as a solution consultant, sales engineer or in a similar role, with a strong performance record\n\nProven ability to lead consultative discovery and build business cases and ROI models with enterprise customers\n\nStrong presentation skills, with the presence to lead a room of senior executives\n\nExperience mentoring peers and lifting team performance\n\nFluent German and strong English, written and spoken\n\nWillingness to travel across Germany and the wider DACH region (~15-20%)\n\nNice to Have:\nExperience selling to the Office of
