They build hiring functions, shape how teams grow and help hire the people who make the product.\nThe role\nWe’re looking for an experienced in-house tech recruiter to join a high-growth client as an embedded Talent Partner. You’ll own end-to-end hiring across product and engineering. You’ll work as an extension of the client’s team, with Chapter 2 behind you.\nThis suits someone who has done the job in a fast-moving scale-up, knows what good engineering and product hiring looks like, and can start making an impact from week one.\nWhat you’ll do\nOwn full-cycle hiring for engineering and product roles, from intake to offer\n\nPartner with engineering and product leaders to shape role briefs, interview processes and hiring plans\n\nSource and engage passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, networks and creative outreach\n\nAdvise hiring managers on market conditions, compensation and candidate expectations\n\nDeliver a candidate experience that reflects well on the client and on Chapter 2\n\nKeep data clean and reporting sharp so stakeholders can see what’s working\n\nWhat you’ll bring\n5+ years of in-house tech recruitment, specialising in engineering and product hiring\n\nExperience in a high-growth, scale-up environment.
