Our Talent Partners work embedded within our clients' businesses, becoming a true extension of their teams and taking ownership of the hiring that matters.\nAs we continue to grow across Germany and mainland Europe, we're looking for talented recruiters and talent professionals who want to work differently.\nThe Opportunity\nWe are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer / Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Operations team in Munich.\nThis role is ideal for someone who loves the search side of recruitment finding great people, understanding talent markets and building high-quality pipelines that enable recruiters and Talent Partners to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.\nYou'll work closely with our Talent Partners and clients across a range of functions, with a particular focus on Technology, Product, Engineering and other specialist roles.\nYou don't need to come exclusively from tech recruitment, but we're particularly interested in people who have experience sourcing within the technology/start-up/scale-up ecosystem and understand how to identify hard-to-find talent.\nThis is a hands-on sourcing role where you'll have the opportunity to use LinkedIn Recruiter, AI and modern sourcing technology to work smarter and build better talent pipelines.\nWhat You'll Do\nPartner with Talent Partners to understand hiring requirements and translate briefs into effective sourcing strategies.\n\nBuild targeted talent pipelines across Technology, Engineering, Product, GTM and other specialist functions.\n\nSource candidates proactively using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent platforms, networks and creative sourcing techniques.\n\nIdentify and engage passive candidates who may not be actively looking but could be a strong fit.\n\nConduct initial candidate conversations and qualification screens where appropriate.\n\nResearch talent markets, companies and competitor organisations to identify relevant talent pools.\n\nMaintain accurate candidate and pipeline data within our recruitment systems.\n\nUse recruitment data and market insights to continuously improve sourcing strategies.\n\nLeverage AI and recruitment technology to automate repetitive tasks, improve search quality and increase sourcing efficiency.\n\nWork closely with Talent Partners to ensure smooth handover and progression of qualified candidates.\n\nSupport multiple searches and priorities across a fast-moving portfolio of clients.\n\nRepresent Chapter 2 and our clients professionally in the German talent market.\n\nWhat You'll Bring\n3 -5+ years of recruitment sourcing/resourcing experience, ideally within tech, start-ups, scale-ups, agency, RPO, embedded or in-house recruitment.\n\nFluent German and strong English communication skills.\n\nExperience sourcing candidates within the German market.\n\nStrong LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search skills.\n\nA genuine interest in technology, recruitment technology and the evolving world of AI.\n\nThe ability to understand a recruitment brief and turn it into a targeted sourcing strategy.\n\nStrong research skills and a naturally curious approach to finding talent.\n\nConfidence engaging with passive candidates and building relationships from the first interaction.\n\nExcellent organisation skills and attention to detail.\n\nThe ability to manage multiple searches and priorities without losing quality.\n\nA collaborative mindset and the ability to work closely with recruiters, Talent Partners and hiring managers.\n\nA proactive attitude, you're someone who enjoys figuring things out rather than waiting to be told what to do.\n\nWhat Makes Chapter 2 Different?\nYou won't just be searching databases.\nYou'll be expected to understand the market, think creatively about where talent sits and build sourcing strategies that actually work.\nYou won't be measured by the number of CVs you send.\nQuality matters.
