process by identifying potential clients, understanding their requirements, and matching bench candidates accordingly.\nBuild and maintain a robust Client/vendor network through effective empanelment strategies and regular engagement in USA and Australia regions.\nNegotiate terms and agreements with vendors to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.\nCollaborate with recruitment, delivery, and sales teams to forecast bench resource availability and align with business needs.\nTrack and report bench utilization metrics, vendor performance, and sales pipeline progress.\nStay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to proactively identify new business opportunities.\nEnsure compliance with company policies and contractual obligations related to vendor management and bench sales.\nQualifications & Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.\n1+ years of experience in bench sales, vendor management, or related roles within the IT services sector.\nGood understanding of IT staffing, resource management, and vendor empanelment processes.\nExcellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.\nProven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build lasting business relationships.\nFamiliarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management software is a plus.\nSelf-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently and
