Mapping for IT Services\nAnalyse client needs and maps them to relevant service offerings (development, QA, cloud, support, staffing, etc.).\nEngage with technical teams to design scalable, cost-effective, and service-oriented solutions.\nCreate solution overviews, capability decks, and delivery approach documents.\nProposal & Documentation Support\nPrepare proposals, SoW, effort estimations, RFP/RFI responses, and capability presentations.\nEnsure all documents clearly reflect services, scope, timelines, and assumptions.\nCollaboration with sales and delivery leads to finalizing cost models and pricing.\nSales Enablement & Client Communication\nSupport sales team with presentations, demos, and functional explanations.\nParticipate in client calls to respond to queries and explain service strengths.\nCommunicate value propositions and differentiate our service offerings.\nCross-Functional Coordination\nWork closely with delivery managers, architects, developers, and sales.\nEnsure alignment on service capability, timelines, risks, and delivery feasibility.\nContribute to internal knowledge-sharing on new service offerings and processes.\nMarket & Competitor Analysis\nResearch industry trends, best practices, and competitor service models.\nProvide insights to leadership to enhance or modify service offerings.\nMaintain awareness of emerging technologies and service opportunities.\nTransition to Delivery\nProvide complete handover to project/delivery teams post -deal closure.\nEnsure scope, documentation, and expectations are transparent and aligned.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in business, IT, Engineering, or related field.\n7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Pre-Sales Analyst in an IT services company.\nStrong understanding of IT services like software development, QA, DevOps, cloud, support, or staff augmentation.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and client-engagement skills.\nExperience preparing proposals, SoW, estimations, and functional documentation.\nFamiliarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, Visio, Figma, or similar.\nGood to Have:\nExperience working with global clients (US, UK, Australia).\nKnowledge of various engagement models (T&M, fixed cost, dedicated team).\nUnderstanding of Agile methodologies.\nAbility to create process diagrams, user flows, and
