Our employees make all the difference in our success!\nThe Compliance Program Manager is responsible and accountable to assist in the implementation, evaluation and monitoring of the Corporate Compliance Program & Plan across the Organization. Model highest standards of conduct and ethical behavior, adopting a strong position against fraud and abuse.\nRegulatory Compliance: Provide direction for appropriate education and monitoring of and by the compliance staff regarding their own and the organization's responsibilities for regulatory compliance.\nJob Responsibilities:\nServes as a subject matter expert (SME) for all current Federal, Joint Commission, state and local laws pertaining to hospice and home health, as well as other lines of business. Provides consultation and acts as a resource to staff regarding regulations.\nManages compliance activities to meet requirements and implements approved organizational practices as appropriate.\nWorks with other department leaders and staff to integrate compliance, performance improvement, and pertinent Joint Commission activities for the Organization. \nManages the Clinical, Technical and Admission Auditors in their day-to-day responsibilities and prepares compliance monitoring/auditing reports for the Senior Director of Compliance. \nEnsures compliance findings are addressed and works with internal directors/managers to coordinate the development/revision and implementation of Company policies and guidelines. \nManages the Corporate Compliance Hotline and reporting system for occurrence reports; reviews reports resulting from such information; and makes recommendations for improvement based on information.\nCoordinates audits and investigations of potential violations of law or Company policy under the direction of Senior Director of Compliance.\nCoordinates timely response to requests from MAC, SMRC, Medicaid, Third Party payors, and other regulatory agencies. \nProvides information to the Senior Director of Compliance on the implementation and management of risk management/legal issues.\nPerforms other duties as assigned. \nCompensation Pay Range:\n$85,270.05 - $133,234.45This position requires consent to drug and/or alcohol testing after a conditional offer of employment is made, as well as on-going compliance with the Drug-Free Workplace Policy.\nAll Chapters Health System employees performing services for Florida affiliates are submitted through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse to verify eligibility after a conditional offer of employment is made as well as ongoing eligibility.
