Python and Go are preferred.\n\nExperience with database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL solutions.\n\nFamiliarity with designing and integrating APIs, including REST and GraphQL.\n\nUnderstanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).\n\nExperience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize system performance and reliability.\n\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with event-driven architectures and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).\n\nKnowledge of caching strategies and performance optimization techniques.\n\nExperience working on large-scale, high-traffic applications.\n\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.\n\nExposure to machine learning or data-driven applications.\n\nAbout Character.AI\nCharacter.AI empowers people to connect, learn and tell stories through interactive entertainment.
