A solid understanding of financial and operational metrics for the Customer Experience Business Unit, as well as operational processes including inventory management, repairs, and vendor management, is essential for this role.\nWhat you will bring to ChargePoint\n\n- Owning the forecasting of the Services P&L.\n- Supporting and driving continuous improvements through data analytics to identify areas for margin enhancement.\n- Working with the services leadership team to identify and implement operational efficiencies and process optimizations.\n- Collaborating with diverse cross-functional teams to execute strategy and resolve issues.\n- Reporting metrics and maintaining dashboards.\n- Enabling and supporting discount reporting.\n- Establishing strong, trusted partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and ongoing effectiveness.\n\nRequired Qualification\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Business, or a related field, with an MBA and 7+ years of business operations or related experience.\nMinimum of 8+ years of experience in Finance or Business Operations within a customer experience function in a technology-oriented industry.\nExperience in P&L forecasting.\nStrong business acumen and analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.\nAbility to coordinate cross-functionally to deliver measurable improvements in gross margin and profitability.\nStrong communication and presentation skills.\nProficiency in MS applications and advanced user of Tableau, Jira, and Confluence.\nWillingness to work during US East Coast hours.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nAbility to coordinate cross-functionally to deliver on-time measurable improvements to the gross margin and profitability.\nBusiness Controllership experience\nLocation\nBangalore, India\nWe are committed to an inclusive and diverse team.
