These values guide how we show up every day, align, and work together to build a brighter future for all of us.\nJoin the team that is building the EV charging industry and make your mark on how people and goods will get everywhere they need to go, in any context, for generations to come.\nReports To\nSenior Manager, Global Logistics and Customs Compliance\nWhat You Will Be Doing\nManage and supervise all associates’ activities at the ChargePoint warehouse, including unloading, receiving, picking, shipping, and stack-down.\nPerform all personnel management functions for site associates, including hiring, scheduling, timesheet review, training, performance management, staff development, and associate discipline.\nManage PO receiving processes, including PO receipts, matching shipments to POs, and resolving receiving issues, including with off-site 3PL partners.\nConduct cycle counts, maintain inventory accuracy, and resolve discrepancies for the ChargePoint-managed warehouse.\nSuggest changes in work processes and/or equipment use to increase the productivity of the work crew and warehouse operations.\nConduct industrial truck, safety, hazard communication program, and new-hire orientation training.\nAnalyze and resolve work problems or assist associates in solving work problems.\nConfer with department leaders to coordinate the activities of various workgroups.\nInvestigate and report all on-the-job accidents and injuries in a thorough and timely manner. Comply with the Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP).\nAnswer inquiries regarding types of services offered, shipment quotes, shipment routing/timelines, payment responsibilities, etc.\nComplete and submit Attendance Reports and Receipt Logs in an accurate and timely manner.\nParticipate in year-end physical inventory counts for both the ChargePoint warehouse and 3PL partners.\nSupport 3PL partners with RMA receipt issues.\nWhat You Will Bring to ChargePoint\nOrganized: Possess a systematic method for performing tasks. Ability to safely perform all required physical duties while wearing personal protective equipment.\nPhysical Requirements\nAssociates are regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to type or handle items, and reach with hands and arms.\nThe associate is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch.\nThe associate must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.\nSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.\nWork Environment\nWork is performed in a warehouse/distribution center setting with moderate noise levels.\nRequirements\nComprehensive knowledge of warehouse operations.\nForklift certification required, or candidate must be able to obtain certification within 30 days of hire.\n2-5 years of experience in a distribution warehouse setting.\n2-5 years of supervisory experience, including hiring, scheduling, training, performance management, staff development, and associate discipline.\nAbility to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.\nStrong oral and written communication skills.\nComputer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.\nERP experience required-preferably NetSuite.\nInternational shipment experience strongly preferred.\nStrong knowledge of OSHA regulations and requirements.\nAbility to operate and train others on industrial truck equipment.\nOutstanding leadership, customer service, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to work flexible hours.\nProven track record of promoting productivity and accuracy.\nSuperior organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.\nStrong customer-service orientation.\nLocation\nCampbel, CA on-site 5 days\nThe base salary range for this role is $64,347 - $85,100 per year. In addition, this position is eligible for annual merit-based RSU grants.
