You'll be substantially responsible for growing our passionate and amazing team as we work together to transform the solar industry.\nWhat you will do:\nBuild our talent function and recruiting processes from scratch\n\nOwn the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to negotiating and closing\n\nBe a strategic partner to hiring managers across the company, collaborating on candidate strategy and ensuring that hiring goals are met in a timely manner with top-tier candidates\n\nCreate a positive, seamless, and fair candidate experience\n\nInitially lead employee onboarding until we can grow into a larger people function\n\nReport to and collaborate closely with our founder/CEO\n\nBe the face of Charge Robotics and help us build a stellar employer brand\n\nYou'll be successful in this role if you:\nAre excited and motivated to personally play a role in mitigating climate change\n\nHave 5+ years of experience doing full-cycle recruiting for technical roles\n\nHave excellent verbal and written communication skills\n\nHave superb negotiation and relationship management skills\n\nAre detail-oriented with a ruthless ability to prioritize\n\nHave a metrics-driven mindset, leveraging data to understand pipeline health and improve velocity, quality, retention\n\nBelieve in treating all people with dignity and respect, regardless of title or tenure\n\nAre proficient in ATS and other HR technologies to support data-driven decision-making and process optimization.
