Additionally, you will conduct compliance risk assessments of service providers and business partners and coordinate the necessary measures with relevant stakeholders.\nData Protection & AI Governance: You will address data protection compliance issues in coordination with our data protection function and contribute to the further development of our AI governance structures.\n Stakeholders & Audits: You will work closely with Legal, Quality Management (QM), our Information Security Officer (ISO), and the technical departments, supporting compliance-related aspects of internal and external audits and certifications.\n Monitoring & Consulting: You will further develop compliance monitoring and reporting, prepare risk assessments and recommendations for management, and advise the specialist departments on compliance issues.\nYour profile\nYou have a degree in law, economics, business informatics, or a comparable qualification with a relevant focus on compliance.\nYou have at least three years of relevant professional experience in compliance, governance, or risk management, ideally five years or more, preferably in a SaaS company or technology-oriented environment.\nYou have in-depth experience with compliance and governance structures, risk management, and internal control systems.\nYou possess sound knowledge of the GDPR and practical experience with data protection assessments, particularly in connection with data processing agreements, international data transfers, and data protection risks.\nA completed qualification or certification as a Data Protection Officer (DPO) is a significant advantage, but not a requirement.\nYou have a good understanding of information security, IT compliance, and relevant standards such as ISO 27001.
