Senior Product Marketing Manager (all genders)

What you will do

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will use your in-depth product knowledge to develop clear and compelling narratives for different target audiences. You will work within the newly established ‘Product Knowledge Enablement’ team, at the interface between Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success, combining hands-on implementation with strategic product marketing.

• You will develop storylines and messages tailored to specific target audiences for customers, staff, sales, marketing and customer success.

• Working alongside the marketing team, you will further refine the positioning and messaging, and work with product management to identify the technical USPs.

• You will plan go-to-market activities, product launches and releases - from target audiences and channels right through to initiatives and KPIs.

• You independently identify gaps in product communication, ICP activation and competitive positioning, and address them operationally.

• In addition, you work with the team to establish structures and formats for product knowledge enablement and manage a direct report.

• You create effective enablement formats such as one-pagers, sales stacks, demo scripts, sales pitch guides, and training and event materials.

Your profile

• You have extensive experience in product marketing, as well as in positioning, messaging and storytelling.
• You have a good technical understanding and, ideally, experience with technical products, and you communicate complex product content precisely, clearly and in a way that is tailored to the target audience.
• You think strategically, but you also roll up your sleeves and get stuck in: you develop concepts and create the necessary content and materials independently.
• You work independently, identify relevant gaps at an early stage and drive issues forward even without fully defined tasks.
• You communicate in a friendly yet assertive manner, build bridges between different departments and remain resilient even in unclear situations.
• You have a good understanding of the market, customers and the competition.
