To date, we’ve built a team of incredibly talented individuals from all over the world, who together are bringing industry-defining games to life.\nIn partnership with a TOP 5 mobile game publisher in the West, we are in the early stages of development on an ambitious, unannounced, cross-platform Strategy/MMO title.\nDo you want to be a part of talented and passionate game makers to join us on this exciting journey?\nWe are seeking an experienced Senior Render Artist to join our team based in Prague / Bratislava on a on-site or hybrid basis. \n\nWhat will you do?As a Senior member of the art team you will be working closely with the Art Directors helping to make their artistic vision come to life. You will work in a collaborative environment to create and iterate on a breadth of 2D In-game renders, Marketing & promotional visuals that showcase this exciting project. The ideal candidate will show a portfolio of a wide variety of renders / splash screens and marketing art.\nWork closely with the Art Directors to deliver the highest quality visuals for use in promotional materials and rendered images for use in game.\n\nPredominate work will be producing character renders for use as talking heads in-game. \n\nCreating renders if In-game UI screens\n\nProduce visual marketing materials for a wide range of scenarios. This will include 2D imagery for use in advertising, social media, as well as in game usage.\n\nCreation of endearing, memorable promotional renders that reflect the personalities of the characters within the game.\n\nCollaborate with modelling, rigging, animation, ui and marketing teams to achieve the desired goals.\n\nWork closely with Production to coordinate rendering resources, schedules and priorities based on project needs.\n\nConsistently strive to exceed the highest quality standards of the studio.\n\nWhat we’re looking for?You will be able to demonstrate a history of creating stunning renders and 2D promotional pieces using 3D assets and rendering techniques.\n\nYou will display high level skills and judgement on composition and framing.\n\nExperience in shipping multiple titles in your career as a Render Artist/Marketing Artist in the games industry.\n\nExcellent understanding of lighting application in 3D render scenes.\n\nA working knowledge of posing characters and 3D assets using existing skeletal rigs.\n\nMaya experience.\n\nAn excellent knowledge of Marmoset toolbag or comparative software.\n\nSuperior communication, organizational, time management and interpersonal skills.\n\nPositive attitude and an ability to receive and provide objective feedback.\n\nActive English speaker B2 and above.\n\nBonus Points:Experienced working with an IP.\n\n2D animation experience \n\nExperience with Substance Painter.\n\nEnjoy Sci-fi.\n\nA passion for games.\n\nWhat’s in for you?A competitive full-time employee salary\n\nCompany benefits\n\nModern offices in a accessible location\n\nState of the art company hardware incl. test devices\n\nA top notch experience and top career points for your CV\n\nWork on a world class IP with a massive international team\n\nMost important, a great team of awesome people!\n\nInterested?
