This role focuses on building, enabling, and managing high-performing channel partnerships to accelerate adoption of EV charging solutions across the Central region.\n\nYou will serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring they are equipped with the tools, training, and support needed to succeed. This role requires strong collaboration with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to deliver a consistent and effective partner experience.\n\nWhat You Will Bring to ChargePoint\n\nBuild and develop a network of reseller and distribution partners aligned with business goals\n\nLead partner onboarding and deliver training on EV charging products, value propositions, and sales strategies\n\nManage and strengthen partner relationships, proactively identifying growth opportunities and resolving issues\n\nEnable partners with sales tools, marketing assets, and technical resources to drive performance\n\nSet performance targets, track partner progress, and implement strategies to achieve sales goals\n\nApply market and competitive insights to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion\n\nCollaborate cross-functionally to align partner initiatives and improve overall partner experience\n\nRequirements\n\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field\n\n8+ years of experience in channel management, partner management, or business development\n\nExperience in EV charging or related technology industries\n\nProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets\n\nStrong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills\n\nPreferred Skills\n\nMBA or advanced degree\n\nExperience working with reseller and distribution channel models\n\nFamiliarity with CRM and sales tracking tools\n\nAbility to operate effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments\n\nKnowledge of EV charging market trends and competitive landscape\n\nLocation\nRemote (Chicago area or similar)\n\nChargePoint is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The targeted US salary range for roles at this operating level is $112,500 to $172,500. This range represents base salary and does not reflect equity, benefits or variable pay where applicable.
