Mechanic Helper

We are currently looking to add a motivated individual that is able to work in a fast-paced environment to join our Shop/Maintenance team in Windsor, ON

Responsibilities:

• Perform miscellaneous laboring activities to help mechanics, apprentices and other workers as directed
• Move tools, equipment and other materials
• Clean machines, immediate work areas, trucks and trailers

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

• Physically demanding
• Combination of sitting, standing, walking
• Bending, crouching, kneeling

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Mechanical aptitude and experience preferred
• Must be attentive and be able to follow directions
• Available to work full time
• Capable of heavy lifting, bending, kneeling and twisting
• Extremely responsible and safety conscious
