strategies.\nBuild developer self-service platforms and observability solutions.\nCI/CD & Automation\nDesign scalable pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions. \nImplement GitOps frameworks and infrastructure-as-code practices.\nIntegrate security scanning, testing automation, and compliance workflows.\nSecurity & Compliance\nImplement Zero Trust architectures and identity management solutions.\nAutomate compliance for SOC 2, ISO 27001 frameworks.\nDrive security-by-design practices across all platforms.\nLeadership & Mentorship\nLead technical teams and drive DevOps culture transformation.\nMentor senior engineers and establish centers of excellence.\nOversee architecture reviews and technology roadmaps.\nRequirements\nTechnical Skills\n 5+ years enterprise experience with Azure and GCP. \n 4+ years production Kubernetes experience (AKS/GKE).\n Expert-level CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps) and IaC (Terraform).\n Strong Python programming with PowerShell/Bash experience.\n Deep security and compliance knowledge.\n Leadership & Certifications\n 6+ years leading technical teams and enterprise initiatives.\n Required: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or GCP Professional Cloud Architect.\n Preferred: Kubernetes certifications (CKA/CKAD).\n Preferred Qualifications\n AI/ML platforms experience, advanced monitoring tools (Prometheus).\n
