We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based out of our Brampton office location.\nResponsibilities-:\nMaintain and update daily records of repairs and delivery.\nHandle and respond to inbound calls for both internal and external repairs/ service.\nReview expense reports from mechanics for approval.\nReview all open service work orders in the system and ensure all the costs have been accounted for.\nEnsure accurate and real-time statuses on all work being performed in the shop\nMaintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom\nManaging inventory for telematics in system and on ground.\nPrepare invoices for customers and also send for deductions.\nWorking on OOS truck and trailer report and follow up with them.\nInspect deliveries for incoming and outgoing items for accuracy, damage or discrepancies and report any issues to supervisor\nWork with a positive and professional attitude and communicate effectively and efficiently with customers\nManage and track truck and trailer parts inventory and order parts as necessary.\nExamine and inspect immediately.\nEnsure compliance and accurate documentation for audit.\nReview parts that are ordered in and schedule the trucks in to have the parts installed daily.\nEnters order information correctly into the computerized service ordering system to ensure accurate billings including;
