Schedule Availability Afternoon Shift: Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (alternating weekends) Weekend Shift: Friday - Monday, 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM Responsibilities: Coordinate and dispatch drivers for freight pickups and deliveries while ensuring efficient route planning. Monitor shipment progress and driver locations using communication tools and mapping software. Communicate with drivers and internal teams to ensure timely pickups, deliveries, and operational updates. Provide customers with shipment status updates and assist in resolving freight-related issues. Adjust and optimize daily routes based on operational needs,
