We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated Maintenance Coordinator to our team based out of our Brampton office.\nResponsibilities\nMaintain and analyze daily records of truck and trailer repairs, maintenance, and service activities.\nHandle and respond to inbound calls regarding internal and external repairs and service.\nReview mechanics' expense reports and repair costs for accuracy and approval.\nReview open service work orders and ensure all costs are accurately recorded and accounted for.\nMonitor shop activities and maintain accurate, real-time service statuses.\nTrack stockroom inventory, receipts, withdrawals, and stock levels.\nManage and reconcile telematics inventory in the system and on the ground.\nPrepare customer invoices and process deductions accurately.\nMonitor out-of-service (OOS) truck and trailer reports and follow up on outstanding repairs.\nInspect incoming and outgoing deliveries for accuracy, damage, or discrepancies and report issues.\nTrack truck and trailer parts inventory and coordinate parts ordering as required.\nReview parts orders and schedule trucks for installation based on parts availability.\nEnter service orders and parts information accurately into the system, ensuring correct billing on each work order.\nAnalyze service records, repair costs, and work order data to identify discrepancies and support operational reporting.\nMaintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with audit requirements.\nAssist the parts department with routine inventory counts.\nCommunicate professionally with internal teams, customers, and service providers.\nRequirements\nCollege diploma or university degree preferred.\nMinimum 1+ year of experience in a coordination or analytical role, preferably in service, maintenance, or repair operations.\nPrevious experience in the heavy truck or automotive industry is an asset.\nExperience with parts ordering, inventory management, or service work orders is an asset.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nGood mechanical aptitude.\nAbility to multitask
