This role will bridge business stakeholders and technology teams, translating complex business challenges into scalable solutions that deliver measurable business value.\nKey Responsibilities\nPartner with business stakeholders to investigate operational challenges, identify root causes, and recommend practical, data-driven solutions.\nAnalyze existing workflows, business processes, and systems to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.\nLead requirements gathering and develop business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.\nManage product backlogs, prioritize enhancements, and align delivery plans with business objectives and stakeholder priorities.\nIdentify opportunities to leverage AI, large language models (LLMs), intelligent document processing, and workflow automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.\nCollaborate with development, data, and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to ensure successful implementation.\nEvaluate solution alternatives and communicate trade-offs involving business value, cost, technical feasibility, and risk.\nCoordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), validate business scenarios, and support implementation and change management.\nDefine KPIs and success metrics and assess post-implementation results using operational data, user feedback, and performance indicators.\nMonitor AI-enabled solutions for accuracy, reliability, exceptions, and business impact, ensuring appropriate validation and human oversight.\nRequirements\n5+ years of experience in product management, senior business analysis, or technology-driven process improvement.\nStrong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to challenge assumptions and make evidence-based recommendations.\nProven experience in requirements analysis, process mapping, product backlog management, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.\nUnderstanding of AI, LLMs, and workflow automation, including their capabilities, limitations, and risks.\nExperience collaborating with business stakeholders, software developers, QA teams, and technical leadership.\nFamiliarity with SQL, Power BI, Jira, Confluence, APIs, EDI, or enterprise applications is an asset.\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and
