You build with coding harnesses and agents in the loop every day, and you push the frontier of what they can do for the team.\n\nYou treat internal tooling as product. You build the MCPs, harnesses, evals, and human interfaces that make the whole team faster, for internal ops and external users alike.\n\nYou make product calls autonomously. You've shipped products end-to-end and can decide what to build and why without waiting to be told, then defend it with evidence.\n\nAutonomous and collaborative.
