# Senior Product

Job Description We're at a critical inflection point in our product journey. Our technology is transforming how donors give and how nonprofits raise funds, but to scale our impact, we need product people who can turn deep customer understanding into products that ship. We're hiring at multiple levels: depending on your experience, you'll own an entire product line end to end, or own individual high-impact projects within one. Scope, title, and compensation are calibrated accordingly. You'll own real product surface area from day one: gathering insight from customers and internal teams, shaping priorities, defining requirements precisely enough that engineers can build fast, and shipping. You'll work closely with engineering, design, GTM, and our nonprofit and platform partners turning insights into scalable product.
