Saving children.®\nJob Description\nActs as a strategic technology and business leader responsible for delivering innovative, scalable solutions that enable business objectives and enterprise growth. Partners with business stakeholders, architects, and technology experts to design, implement, and integrate complex technology solutions while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards, governance practices, and organizational strategy.\nServes as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders, driving solution delivery, technology modernization, operational efficiency, and the adoption of emerging capabilities, including Artificial Intelligence (AI). Supports Business Service Managers and Technical Architects in assessing the impact of business requirements on underlying technology capabilities and platforms, determining IT capability to deliver business solutions, and supporting cost estimation and implementation planning.\n\nWhat You'll Do\nSolution Architecture & Delivery\nServe as the primary ITS lead responsible for the successful delivery of business solutions.\nPartner with Strategic Business Partners, Technical Architects, and business stakeholders to define and implement technology solutions.\nLead the gathering, negotiation, and documentation of business requirements, use cases, and solution designs.\nAssess the impact of business requirements on technology platforms, capabilities, and enterprise systems.\nDevelop project scope, effort estimates, schedules, and implementation plans.\nProvide technical leadership and architectural guidance to project teams and stakeholders.\nEnsure solutions align with Enterprise Architecture (EA) standards and organizational technology strategies.\nDrive re-use, standardization, and scalability to reduce technology complexity and cost.\nProject & Stakeholder Leadership\nSupport Project Management Office (PMO) governance, standards, and delivery methodologies.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.\nManage partnerships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and technology teams to deliver integrated solutions.\nCommunicate project objectives, priorities, risks, and key milestones to leadership and stakeholders.\nDetermine project resource needs and support the recruitment, development, and growth of team members.\nAI & Emerging Technology Leadership\nLead the adoption and scaling of AI-enabled capabilities across the organization by partnering with business and technology teams to identify, evaluate, and implement solutions that drive business value, efficiency, and innovation.\nIdentify AI-related opportunities, risks, and capability gaps across the enterprise and provide recommendations aligned with business objectives, governance requirements, and enterprise architecture standards.\nEvaluate emerging technologies and contribute to strategic technology roadmaps that support future business needs.\nFinancial & Strategic Planning\nPerform ROI analysis and evaluate the business value of technology investments.\nMonitor project outcomes and return on invested resources.\nHelp manage project budgets and resource allocation to achieve optimal financial results.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology Management, or a related field.\n8-10 years of progressive experience in information systems, solution architecture, and technology delivery.\nExperience leading complex technology initiatives from concept through implementation.\nStrong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, systems integration, and technology solution design.\nExperience collaborating with business leaders, technical teams, and external partners.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification.\nExperience evaluating and implementing emerging technologies, including AI-enabled solutions.\nKnowledge of technology governance, architecture frameworks, and enterprise-scale solution delivery.\n\nThis position offers a hybrid work arrangement for candidates located near our Memphis, TN National Executive Office or Coppell, TX office.
