The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating ambiguity, adapting to change, and continuously improving processes and delivery outcomes.\nResponsibilities:\nServe as Business Systems Analysis for large-scale Marketing Integration initiatives, prioritizing technology solutions that support business, strategic, and regulatory needs.\nDefine data requirements, quality standards, migration approaches, and integration strategies across marketing technology platforms to improve data reliability, accessibility, and operational effectiveness.\nPartner with business, product, architecture, engineering, and analytics teams to translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions, requirements, epics, features, and user stories.\nOwn and prioritize product backlogs, roadmaps, and release objectives, ensuring alignment with program vision, scope, dependencies, and delivery priorities.\nLead cross-functional Agile delivery, promoting software development best practices, effective planning, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.\nDesign and improve business processes, intake workflows, reporting, and delivery practices to increase standardization, transparency, collaboration, and efficiency.\nDevelop dashboards, delivery metrics, and performance reporting that provide visibility into capacity, program health, operational performance, and progress against objectives.\nDesign and implement agentic AI and automation solutions that streamline manual processes and improve operational efficiency.\nPartner with technical architects on business process flows, integration designs, and technical and architecture documentation to support successful implementation.\nContribute technical and business expertise to strategic and quarterly planning, helping establish priorities, dependencies, and planned deliverables across teams.\nWhat you have\nRequired Qualifications:\n5+ years of business systems analysis experience.\n5+ years in business architecture or solution architecture.\n5+ years of Salesforce ecosystem experience with primary focus on platform integrations, APIs and ETL technologies.\nStrong Communication skills, with demonstrated ability to clearly translate business needs and technical concepts across business and technology audiences.\nStrong Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving skills, including the ability to connect detailed requirements to broader business objectives and identify solutions that maximize business value.\nDemonstrated ability to gather, analyze, document, and translate business requirements into epics, deployable user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting process or system models.\nStrong Cross-Functional Collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner effectively with Product Owners, stakeholders, architects, development teams, and integration partners.\nAbility to prioritize multiple initiatives and adapt effectively to ambiguity, evolving requirements, and changing business needs.\nBachelor’s in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field from an accredited university OR years of experience met\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience applying Agile Fundamentals within technology delivery and supporting planning, development, testing, and release activities.\nExperience with Salesforce org migration from Classic to Lightning interface\nExperience developing use cases and process, activity, context, dependency, or sequence diagrams to clarify business and system requirements.\nExperience developing test plans and user acceptance criteria and supporting functional delivery.\nExperience contributing across different project roles and improving development lifecycle practices.\nFamiliarity with AI-enabled or agentic tools in support of business analysis or technology delivery.\nIn addition to the salary range, this role is eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.\nApplicants must be
