This role will help shape and deliver next-generation digital experiences that support key advisor and client journeys across Charles Schwab's platforms.\nAs a member of a highly collaborative Agile team, you'll design and build modern web applications, APIs, and cloud-enabled services while helping drive engineering excellence through automation, observability, AI-assisted development, and You'll Do\nBuild Innovative Digital Experiences\nDesign, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications and APIs\nDeliver modern user experiences using Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS\nBuild resilient backend services using .NET/C# and RESTful APIs\nDevelop solutions that prioritize reliability, performance, security, accessibility, and maintainability\nDrive Engineering Excellence\nContribute across the full software development lifecycle from design through production support\nChampion test automation, CI/CD, code quality, observability, and DevSecOps Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience\n5+ years of professional software development experience\nStrong experience supporting all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)\nExperience building modern web applications using: \nAngular (v19+ preferred)\nTypeScript and JavaScript\nHTML5 and CSS3\n.NET / C#\nExperience developing RESTful APIs and Web Services\nExperience creating scalable application designs and translating requirements into technical solutions\nStrong understanding of testing strategies like behavior driven development and test driven development \nExperience with source control, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development practices\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience building cloud-native applications on GCP or similar cloud platforms\nFamiliarity with observability platforms such as Splunk, Dynatrace, App Insights, or OpenTelemetry\nExperience optimizing high-volume, customer-facing applications\nExperience working within Agile and Scrum teams\nExposure to AI-enabled software development tools and engineering productivity practices\nFinancial services or highly regulated industry experience\nIn addition to the salary range, this role
