Within Workplace Services Engineering, you’ll help modernize platforms that support equity administration, retirement plan services, and other workplace financial solutions used by millions of participants.\nAs a Software Engineer, you’ll design and enhance scalable applications and REST APIs using .Net technologies while improving platform performance, stability, security, and resilience. You’ll apply problem solving and technical troubleshooting to resolve complex production challenges, modernize legacy components, and reduce technology and compliance risks. Working in an Agile environment, you’ll collaborate across disciplines, influence technical decisions, and adapt solutions as business needs evolve.
