candidates should have.\nRequired Skills:\nMinimum 6 years of advanced development experience in C# .Net, .NET Core, and understanding of UML (Unified Modeling Language)\nMinimum 5 years of experience with database (SQL / NoSQL) architecture, design and implementation\nMinimum 5 years of experience with modern streaming and messaging architecture, design and implementation (RabbitMQ, Kafka and Solace or similar messaging platforms)\nMinimum of 3 years team leadership experience\nCurrent working experience with Schwab systems and processes\nExceptional experience designing and implementing REST based Web Service API(s) and building enterprise scale web solutions n-tier architecture using open-source technologies (Angular / React), Microsoft Web API, and cloud-ready applications (AWS, Azure, GCF, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, or similar cloud infrastructure)\nAdvanced understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) concepts, unit testing principles and implementations, API test automation techniques as well as automated deployment pipeline tool\nAdvanced understanding of latest Architecture and principles Development Standards, Guidelines and SOLID \nAdvanced understanding of Agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures.\nShould be comfortable in a fast-paced customer focused environment that continually embraces the latest technologies and techniques.\nIndependently plans own work and are accountable to meet schedules and deliverables\nSelf-motivated as well as creative and efficient in proposing solutions to complex, time-critical problems. \nAbility to analyze, propose and implement timely, cost effective, quality solutions for all issues or problems within area of responsibility\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills required for composing and delivering technical presentations or other forms of documentation to various level of technical and non-technical management\nExperience providing guidance, direction, and feedback to other technical staff in order to meet agreed upon objectives.\nPreferred Skills:\nExperience in developing applications using modern streaming technologies and protocols\nExperience leading teams in a scaled agile framework \nProficient working in a closely integrated environment with multiple scrum teams\nProficient managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, geographically dispersed environment\nEducation and Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field from an accredited university or
