Your impact begins on day one, and your contributions will help define our future in the region\nWhat you have\n Key Responsibilities\nParticipate as an active member of an Agile Scrum team, leveraging tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and Copilot to deliver high-quality software solutions.\nDesign, develop, test, and support full-stack applications using technologies including C#, SQL Server, Angular, TypeScript, JSON, XML, and RESTful APIs.\nDevelop and maintain automated workflows and data integration processes using Control-M, Informatica, Snowflake, and proprietary platforms.Provide production release oversight, application support, and Level 3 incident resolution to ensure the stability, reliability, and performance of critical business processes and daily operations.\nA university degree from a well-respected academic institution, and/or other professional certifications are a plus.\nKnowledge of Asset Management including Front Office, Middle Office, Data & Distribution.\nExperience with Eagle Data warehouse or Eagle Pricing Center (EPC) is a strong plus.\nAt least 5 years’experience developing enterprise class applications using .NET and C#, particularly distributed and Cloud applications.\nFull stack development experience including C#, SQL, Angular, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, XML, REST, SOAP, etc. \nWorking knowledge of SOLID principles, 12-Factor App, and design patterns.\nAt least 5 years of experience working in Agile Scrum.\nStrong ability to design, code, and debug applications in various software languages.\nProven record of delivering technology solutions within agreed timeframes.\nExperience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices, tools, and automated deployment pipelines.\nExperience or knowledge of database design and development (SQL and NoSQL\nPreffered Qualifications\nA commitment to high ethical standards and integrity, demonstrated through action.\nEffective communication skills, with exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills.\nHigh-energy, positive, entrepreneurial in spirit.\nPurposeful and results driven.\nWell-organized and disciplined with high mindfulness.\nDirect, plain-spoken; conveys a genuine and authentic demeanor.\nConsiderable experience transforming teams through technology, organization, culture, process, and business change management.\nAbility to work effectively within the Agile Scrum framework to inspire and motivate all levels of staff towards both tactical and strategic delivery goals.\nOutstanding performer, persistent and pro-active leader, detailed oriented, and driven to exceed\nWhat’s in it for you\nAt Schwab India, you’re empowered to shape your future.
