Your impact begins on day one, and your contributions will help define our future in the region.\nWhat you have\nThis is a Manager, Software Development & Engineering - Quality Assurance role, with responsibilities including hands-on experience in manual testing and automation test framework development. In addition, this role requires test case development, maintenance, and end to end test lifecycle management including hands on test execution.\nKey Responsibilities :\nUtilizes an expertise in quality assurance testing to develop solutions that enhance the business impact of activities such as ensuring the quality of systems, products, and business processes or services. \nCoordinates with team members in the designated business area to review and adjust strategies for quality assurance testing practices.\nRequired Qualifications:\nStrong experience creating test cases from acceptance criteria \nHands on experience in manual testing for complex applications \nExpertise in UI and API automation using Playwright, Typescript, .NET, C#, and xUnit \nProficiency in writing SQL queries for validation and troubleshooting \nExperience building custom or hybrid automation frameworks \nPractical experience with Visual Studio 2022 and Visual Studio Code \nSolid understanding of QA methodologies, testing processes, and defect tracking \nExperience working in an Agile and Scrum environment \nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with Bitbucket or GitHub \nFamiliarity with Git Actions or Bamboo CI CD pipelines \nWorking experience with Jira and Confluence \nExposure to stress testing and load testing tools or methodologies\nWhat’s in it for you\nAt Schwab India, you’re empowered to shape your future.
