Our mission is to build, maintain, and modernize our robust set of solutions.\nWhat you have\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in: Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field with 7+ years of progressive, post-Bachelor’s related experience. \nAdvanced .NET development skills, with applicable experience developing in .NET/.NET Core. \nAdvanced coding experience in C# \nKnowledge of object-oriented design patterns. \nProfessional experience with RESTful API development. \nProfessional experience with relational databases (SQL Server is preferred) \nProfessional experience with SQL and SQL Stored Procedures \nProfessional experience with source code repositories tools, GitHub \nProfessional experience with CI/CD pipelines. \nProfessional experience with distributed multi-tier applications \nProfessional experience with the Agile methodology. \nExperience with production deployments \nAbility to conceptualize the best tactical approach for a team to deliver a solution \nAbility to follow and guide best practice solutions \nAbility to effectively communicate complex software solutions to both technical and nontechnical audiences \nAbility to present project details to technical and nontechnical audiences \nEffective relationship builder: ability to partner cross-functionally, cross-enterprise and work effectively with various levels of the organization\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience using Copilot and/or other AI tools for development \nExperience developing single-page UI applications and reusable components using Angular \nExperience with Domain Driven Design (DDD) \nExperience developing enterprise financial service applications \nExperience working in the Retirement Technology for Defined Contribution retirement plans. \nExperience using Splunk\nWhat’s in it for you\nAt Schwab India, you’re empowered to shape your future.
