You will leverage modern development practices, Agile methodologies, and cloud-native technologies while supporting continuous improvement, mentoring peers, and contributing to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and learning.\nWhat you have\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent practical experience\n2+ years of full-stack web application development experience with an emphasis on front-end development\nExperience developing web applications using .NET and C# technologies\nExperience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS\nExperience developing or consuming RESTful APIs\nExperience with Angular, TypeScript, or similar modern client-side frameworks\nExperience building responsive web applications and Single Page Applications (SPA)\nKnowledge of software design principles and application development best practices\nExperience executing testing practices, including unit testing and TDD/BDD methodologies\nUnderstanding of Agile software development principles and participation in Scrum-based delivery teams\nExperience implementing security controls and secure software development practices\nAbility to support application maintenance, incident response, and production stability initiatives\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills\nAbility to collaborate effectively across distributed teams, time zones, and functions\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with containerization and orchestration technologies\nExperience supporting data pipelines, data stores, analytics, or machine learning initiatives\nExperience managing requirements through roadmaps, epics, backlogs, and Agile planning activities\nDemonstrated ability to evaluate moderately complex technical problems using data-driven insights\nExperience influencing peers and collaborating across teams to improve processes and delivery outcomes\nKnowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and modern software engineering practices\nStrong written communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences\nDemonstrated ability to produce high-quality work with minimal revisions while adhering to established standards\nExperience identifying innovative approaches to improve efficiency, scalability, or client experience\nIn addition to the salary range, this role is eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.\nWhat’s in it for you\nAt Schwab, you’re empowered to shape your future.
