Our purpose-driven, supportive culture, and focus on your development meansyou’llget the tools you need to make a positive difference in the finance industry.\nWhat you have\nRequired Qualifications and responsibilities:\nBachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security, related degree field OR related practical experience\n7+ years of experience in designing and deploying enterprise applications with Java/J2EE\n7+ years of software development experience \n7+ years of experience and in-depth knowledge of Agile principles, object-oriented analysis, design patterns, and server-side application development\n2-3+ years of experience with MongoDB, SAML, OAuth, REST Web Services,Kafkaand transaction processing environments\nDesign, implement, and maintainCI/CD pipelines usingGitHub Actions / GitHub Workflows.\nAutomate build, test, security scans, and deployment workflows across multiple environments.\nManage application deployments to Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).\nBuild andmaintainHelm charts for Kubernetes-based deployments.\nEnable blue-green, canary, or rolling deployment strategies where applicable.\nEnsure pipeline reliability, scalability, and fast feedback for development teams.\nIntegrate CI/CD pipelines with artifact repositories, secret management, and configuration management systems.\nTroubleshoot and resolve pipeline failures, deployment issues, andenvironmentinconsistencies.\nCollaborate with development, platform, and SRE teams to improve release automation and deployment standards.\nEnforce CI/CD best practices around security, auditability, and compliance.\nAutonomous, creative, and efficient problem-solver\nExcellent understanding of current Architecture and Development Standards\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience in online security and user authentication\nMaster’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security, related degree field\n.NET experience \nAngular\nKafka middleware\nIn addition to the salary range, this role is eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.\nWhat’s in it for you\nAt Schwab, you’re empowered to shape your future.
