Within Enterprise Data Exchange, you’ll help advance critical data platforms and integrations that support business operations across the enterprise.\nAs a Senior Scrum Master and Technical Program Manager, you’ll guide Agile software development and data engineering teams while leading complex technology programs with multiple workstreams. You’ll facilitate Agile delivery, remove impediments, manage dependencies and risks, and use delivery metrics to improve predictability and team effectiveness. Working across product, engineering, architecture, testing, and business teams, you’ll build alignment, influence decisions, and communicate program health to senior leaders. Your ability to solve complex problems, adapt to changing priorities, and foster accountability will help teams deliver reliable, high-impact technology outcomes.\nWe are looking for an energetic, results-driven leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, removes obstacles proactively, influences without authority, and inspires teams to perform at their best.\nKey Responsibilities\nAgile Leadership & Delivery\nServe as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams supporting Enterprise Data Exchange platforms and initiatives.\nFacilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.\nDrive continuous improvement in Agile maturity, delivery predictability, and team effectiveness.\nRemove impediments and help teams navigate risks, dependencies, and organizational challenges.\nProgram & Project Management\nManage large, complex technology programs with multiple workstreams and cross-functional stakeholders.\nDevelop and maintain delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and executive status reporting.\nPartner closely with Product Owners, engineering leaders, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.\nTrack and communicate program health, key metrics, and delivery progress to leadership teams.\nStakeholder Engagement & Communication\nPrepare and deliver presentations to senior management and executive audiences.\nFacilitate alignment across business and technology organizations.\nInfluence decision-making through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.\nFoster strong partnerships and drive collaboration across geographically distributed teams.\nWhat you have\nRequired Qualifications\n12+ years of experience within a technology organization\n5+ years of recent experience serving as a Scrum Master for Agile software development or data engineering teams\nDemonstrated experience managing large-scale technology programs with multiple workstreams and cross-functional stakeholders\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline\nExperience applying Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and modern software delivery practices to improve execution and delivery outcomes\nExperience partnering with engineering, architecture, testing, product, and business teams in complex enterprise environments\nAbility to facilitate team ceremonies, remove delivery impediments, and manage risks and dependencies\nStrong communication, presentation, problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder-management skills\nExperience using Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile delivery tools\nExperience leading geographically distributed or offshore technology teams\nPreferred Qualifications\nScrum Master certification, such as CSM, PSM, or an equivalent credential\nPMP, PMI-ACP, or another project management certification\nPrior hands-on experience as a software developer, data engineer, or in a similar technical role\nExperience supporting data engineering, enterprise data platforms, data integration, analytics, ETL, or cloud migration programs\nFamiliarity with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform\nAbility to influence across organizational levels, resolve conflict constructively, and strengthen team accountability\nDemonstrated adaptability and prioritization when managing competing needs in a fast-paced environment\nExperience preparing and delivering program updates and presentations for senior leadership\nIn addition to the salary range, this role is
