We are looking for an experienced, collaborative, and adaptable Senior UX Designer to join the Digital Retail PILLAR team within the User Experience team. You will help shape digital product experiences that feel useful, consistent, modern, and distinctly Schwab.\nThis is an individual contributor role for a designer who is comfortable moving between the big picture and the smallest interaction details. focused on digital products, or equivalent experience\nAt least 1 year of UX experience designing touch-based mobile interfaces\nExperience across the user-centered design process, including research, user flows, wireframes, prototyping, testing, and iteration\nExperience working within established design systems and product patterns\nStrong visual and interaction design skills, including layout, typography, hierarchy, color, and motion\nExperience designing for web and native mobile platforms\nAbility to influence partners and stakeholders through clear communication, storytelling, prototypes, and design rationale\nProficiency with Figma or comparable product design tools\nPreferred Qualifications:\nApplying established design systems and platform standards to create consistent product experiences\nTranslating product strategy and user needs into digital product experiences\nWorking with platform frameworks and standards, including iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design\nUsing AI-powered tools or workflows to support design, research, prototyping, or problem-solving\nOwning work independently while keeping partners informed and engaged\nCollaborating closely
