have\nRequired Qualifications\n8+ years of software engineering experience, including technical leadership of enterprise applications and development teams\nStrong hands-on software development experience using C#/.NET\nExperience applying AI-assisted development tools, automated code analysis, and agent-driven workflows within software engineering environments\nKnowledge of AI engineering frameworks and large language model technologies\nExperience designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions\nExperience improving software quality, resiliency, performance, and operational excellence across complex application environments\nExperience leveraging AI-enabled development tools and automated code analysis to identify and remediate software defects, technical debt, and reliability risks\nStrong knowledge of application architecture, CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and software modernization practices\nDemonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives from problem identification through solution design, implementation, and production deployment\nStrong collaboration, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence engineering outcomes across teams\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience leading application modernization, software quality, resiliency, or technical debt reduction initiatives in large enterprise organizations\nExperience establishing engineering standards, reusable development patterns, and automation frameworks that improve software delivery outcomes and developer productivity\nPassion for advancing AI-enabled engineering capabilities and modern software delivery practices\nIn addition to the salary range, this role is eligible
