You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog-refinement sessions, helping the team strengthen collaboration, maintain alignment, and continuously improve while supporting predictable delivery.\nWhat you have\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\nThree or more years of full-stack web development experience, with an emphasis on front-end development.\nExperience developing applications using C# and .NET Core.\nProficiency with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.\nExperience creating and consuming RESTful services.\nExperience developing responsive web applications and single-page applications.\nUnderstanding of Agile software development principles and experience working on a Scrum-based delivery team.\nStrong technical and business communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across different organizational levels.\nExperience designing and developing responsive single-page applications\nStrong attention to detail and a commitment to producing highly usable, reliable, and scalable software solutions.\nDemonstrated ability to solve problems in a dynamic, collaborative, and customer-focused environment.\nAbility to work independently, take ownership of assignments, and partner effectively with others to deliver high-quality solutions.\nCommitment to continuously developing technical and professional skills and learning emerging technologies. \nExperience with unit-testing patterns and test-driven development or behavior-driven development methodologies.\nFluency with AI tools. AI applies to support individual or team productivity in coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and refactoring\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Angular, TypeScript, or other client-side frameworks.\nExperience with web accessibility standards, practices, and implementation.\nKnowledge of authentication and authorization frameworks, including OAuth 2.0, SAML, and JWT.\nExperience evaluating, monitoring, and improving application performance.\nFamiliarity with scripting languages and development automation.\nExperience applying artificial intelligence tools to coding, debugging, testing, documentation, refactoring, or individual and team productivity.\nExperience mentoring developers and providing hands-on technical leadership.\nExperience serving as a Scrum Master or facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog-refinement sessions\nWhat’s in it for you\nAt Schwab, you’re empowered to shape your future.
