Joining us means becoming part of a global team where your work matters and your future can take shape.\nWhat you have\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience \n1 - 3 years’ Salesforce design and development experience working across the full development and operational support life cycle\nExpertise in Salesforce Configuration & Administration, Workflow, Triggers, Process Builders, Visualforce, Apex coding and batch\nExperience with Lighting Web Component development and integration\nUnderstanding of Salesforce Experience Cloud and Managed Packages (nCino, TaskRay, Conga) a plus.\nExperience integrating SOAP and RESTful Web Services is a plus.\nKnowledge of software design patterns\nPreferred Qualifications:\nAbility to interpret ambiguous AI outputs\nExcellent communication & documentation skills \nHigh attention to detail \nExperience working with geographically distributed teams, working collaboratively across team boundaries\nDemonstrated ability to work alone or in a group while multi-tasking on different projects\nWorking knowledge of the Agile/Scrum development methodology a plus\nWhat’s in it for you\nAt Schwab India, you’re empowered to shape your future.
