The ideal candidate delivers high quality, efficient, and testable code while adhering to established architectural standards. This role is well suited for someone who demonstrates strong technical expertise, a commitment to continuous improvement with AI tools, and the ability to collaborate across teams.\nWhat you have\nRequired Qualifications\n2-4 years of work experience or bachelor’s degree with 2+ years' experience\n2 years of Application development experience with J2EE (Java 17 preferred), Spring framework (Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Batch), Splunk/DataDog\nExperience with SQL/NoSQL (Oracle, MongoDB 5.0 etc.)\nUnderstanding of RESTful APIs, distributed systems, and integration patterns (RabbitMQ, KAFKA)\nExperience with Unit Testing Framework (Junit)\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nKnowledge of Agile methodology and experience in a Scaled Agile environment\nUnderstands security, scaling, performance, and availability concerns.\nDemonstrated ability to collaborate effectively and communicate technical concepts clearly.\nPreferred Qualifications\nFamiliarity with cloud native development, or containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).\nFamiliarity with continuous build process using GitHub Actions, Bamboo, Jenkins\nFamiliarity with performance engineering, monitoring, and related tooling (e.g., AppDynamics, Splunk, Grafana, PCF metrics).\nExperience with modern development practices such as test-driven (TDD) or behavior driven development (BDD)\nFamiliarity with test frameworks like Cucumber, Selenium.\nWhat’s in it for you\nAt Schwab India, you’re empowered to shape your future.
