You’ll connect technology strategy to execution, guiding teams across locations and technologies while balancing delivery, quality, budgets, resources, and risk.\nYour impact will extend beyond delivering software. You’ll build and develop engineering talent, strengthen agile development practices, remove barriers, and partner across business and technology teams to solve complex problems. engineers understand their impact, grow their capabilities, and contribute to shared goals.\nWhat you have\nRequired Qualifications\n8+ years of hands-on software development experience, including experience with REST APIs, server-side Java or C#, and/or JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or React.\n4+ years of experience leading and/or managing engineering teams, including project, resource, and offshore management responsibilities.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.\nDemonstrated engineering management and technical leadership skills, with the ability to guide teams in delivering scalable, reliable software aligned with business and technology priorities.\nExperience building AI-augmented engineering workflows that improve automation, validation, quality, and operational efficiency.\nDeep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile software development methodologies, values, and practices.\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills, including the ability to identify risks and gaps, evaluate options, and implement timely, cost-effective solutions.\nDemonstrated ability to build and develop teams through recruiting, coaching, mentoring, and direct, timely feedback.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and communicate technical concepts effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities across geographically dispersed teams while maintaining focus on delivery, quality, resources, and organizational goals.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Spring Boot and related technologies.\nExperience with distributed caching technologies and NoSQL databases.\nWorking knowledge of UNIX, Linux, or Windows operating systems.\nKnowledge of Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Git-related technologies.\nExperience providing hands-on coding support and technical mentoring when needed.\nExperience driving process improvement across software delivery, talent practices, application time-to-market, and quality.\nExperience in the financial services industry.\nIn addition
